Clock in & Clock Out

Clock in: Click ‘Clock in’ > Enter Employee PIN > Click ‘Continue’

Clock Out: Click ‘Clock Out’ > Enter Employee PIN > Click ‘Continue’

Open & Close Store

Open Store: Click ‘Clock in’ > Enter Employee PIN > Click ‘Continue’ > Log in

Close Store: Log in > Click ‘Batch’ > Click ‘Finalize All’ > Opt to print daily summary.

Pay in & Pay Out

Pay in: Log in > Click “Pay in’ > Enter the cash amount > Confirm amount

Pay Out: Log in > Click “Pay Out’ > Enter the cash amount > Confirm amount

Re-Open or Transfer Check

Re-Open Check: Log in > Click “Re-Open’ > Select the check > Click ‘Re-Open’

Transfer Check: Log in > Select an Order > Click ‘Tools’ > Click ‘Transfer’ > Select recipient > Click ‘Transfer’

Create a Floating Order

Dine in Order: Log in > Click ‘Dine’ > Click ‘Dine in’

Takeout Order: Log in > Click ‘Dine’ > Click ‘Takeout’

Delete or Move an Item

Delete an Item: Click the Item > Select ‘Void’

Move an Item: Click the Item > Select ‘Move Item’ > Select the destination check

Change Availability & Price

Change Availability: Log in > Select the item on 86/Available > Enter quantity

Change Price: Click the item > Click ‘Price’ > Enter new price

Apply a Comp or Discount

Apply comp/discount to check: Click ‘Tools’ > Click ‘Options’ > Click ‘Complimentary (%)’ > Select the comp type

Apply comp/discount to an item: Click the item > Click ‘Complimentary (%)’ > Select the comp type

Accepting Payments

Card Payment: Click ‘Pay’ > Click ‘Card’ > Click ‘Process’ > Tap or insert card

Cash Payment: Click ‘Pay’ > Click ‘Cash’ > Enter the amount > click ‘Process’

Split a Check

Split by Seat: Click ‘Pay’ > Click ‘Split by Seat’ > Process each payment

Split Evenly: Click Pay’ > Click ‘Split’ > Select the number of splits > Process each payment

Checking System Health

Health Screen: Log in > Click ‘Health’

  • Green Status: Device is connected and functioning properly
  • Red Status: Device connectivity issue detected
